| Bernalillo/Algodones |
 | Bernalillo and Algodones are small, historic, old-fashioned towns just north of Albuquerque along the Rio Grande. There are a large number of affordable older homes available in Bernalillo, and there are also occasional large, rural estates that come on the market in the area. These may bring over a million dollars, based largely on the value of the irrigated acreage. Small homes, however, often sell in five figures. |
